4th Annual Richburg Fall Festival The Town of Richburg would like to announce that our 4th Annual Richburg Fall Festival is scheduled for October 27, 2012, 10am-4pm. This is a free event that has something for the entire family. There will be booths for area businesses, food vendors, and craft vendors. At least 1/4 of the event site will be a designated kids area that will feature fair-style games, inflatables, and kids music! Curious George will make an appearance this year around Noon as well as Dora the Explorer. So parents, bring your cameras so you can take pics of your kids with Curious George and Dora! There will also be live music featuring some of the area's best muscians. Here's this year's lineup: 10:30am - The Chester Jazz and Blues Band 12:15pm - The Oneppo Brothers Band 2:30pm - Mike Faulkenberry & The Whiskey Prophets The live music for this year's Richburg Fall Festival will be on Broad St. (behind the park) We've got 3 really great bands so bring your chairs or your dancin' shoes and stay for a while. There will be a Gospel Benefit for the Make A Wish Foundation from 10:30am-Noon sponsored by Count Me In To Do the Right Thing. It will be held inside the park. That will be followed by a Stump Meeting at Noon featuring candidates from several upcoming local elections. From 12:30pm-4pm in the park, there will be Karaoke by Linda's Carraoke. |
